Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including but not limited to GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Handle invoicing processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes effectively.
Utilize Tally and Excel proficiently for accounting and reporting purposes.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Respond appropriately to inquiries from Income Tax Dept. related to GST, TDS, Accounts, etc.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5-20 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Superb knowledge and proficiency in GST, TDS, BRS, and accounting principles.
Expertise in invoicing, tally, and Excel is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in the steel industry is a plus, but not required.
