Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Monthly MIS within timelines
Managing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
Overseeing internal and statutory audits with timely closure
Working capital management and control over advances
Evaluation of Capex proposals and creditor payments
Inventory control including slow/non-moving stock management
Ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS/TCS, PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
Handling GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance tracking
Managing sales accounting (E-invoicing, E-way bills, debit/credit notes)
Monitoring manpower cost and labour compliance
Risk mitigation through insurance and claims management
Driving ERP transition and automation initiatives
