As a Reference Data Analyst in Digital Document Services, you review legal agreements and capture economic and non-economic terms accurately in firm systems. You manage business metrics, drive strategic projects, and advance a culture of continuous improvement across back office, middle office, and global teams. You collaborate with operations and technology partners to redesign processes and deliver strong stakeholder outcomes in an inclusive environment. Job Responsibilities: Review legal documentation and extract economic and non-economic terms for accurate system capture. Identify disputed points and potential risks early to prevent downstream issues. Coordinate with internal partners (such as client service professionals and legal teams) to resolve queries within agreed turnaround times. Implement controls that support accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Resolve day-to-day operational issues while progressing strategic initiatives. Communicate regular updates to senior stakeholders on operational performance and project delivery. Generate reports, scorecards, and performance insights to support decision-making. Present reporting in operations forums, including capacity and contingency planning. Monitor workflow and support team leaders to distribute work equitably. Manage internal service level commitments and share performance transparently with stakeholders. Adapt work schedules when needed to meet business requirements. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Hold a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree with 3+ years of operations experience. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Project. Apply knowledge of a global bank operational environment, including management reporting and external reporting. Maintain strong business knowledge, including investment banking processes and related system understanding. Lead teams with diverse experience and skill sets using a strategic approach. Promote inclusive leadership by identifying talent and supporting development through coaching and mentoring. Execute projects and initiatives alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities. Assess when a deep-dive approach is appropriate and follow through with strong attention to detail. Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Complete an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with 3+ years of operations experience.
