Why we need this role Supports with commercial finance activities across deal pricing and list pricing teams enabling key decisions through advanced analytics, competitive intelligence and actionable insights. What you will do As a Commercial Finance Specialist you will play a critical role in building data driven, insights led pricing capability. This role is key to Pricing Transformation journey – enabling key decisions through advanced analytics, competitive intelligence and actionable insights. What we're looking for Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: Develops and implement appropriate pricing intelligence and performance framework to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Own visualization of Pricing analytics and insights, Metrics analysis, dashboard creations and any ad-hoc data analysis Monitor industry trends and competition landscape to provide insights on market positioning, promotions & campaigns. Assist pricing leadership in the evaluation of new market opportunities and pricing strategy. Proactively monitors the competitiveness of Colt’s cost, pricing & suggest change when required Effectively leverage multiple internal & external data sources to benchmark Colt positioning of price across multiple segments, products, channels and geographies Understanding of advanced statistical methods and their application based on business objectives Assist in pricing strategy development by analyzing the financial impact of different pricing models Develop pricing models, elasticity analysis and scenario simulations to guide Pricing decisions Uses Pricing & Cost expertise and understanding of the functional processes, systems and relationships within Colt to manage and simplify & automate Colt’s pricing Insights & intelligence, functions & processes Own Market & Competitive Intelligence – tracking pricing behaviors, market shifts, benchmarks, competitor tactics – with both Transactional and Big Deal lenses Turn Data into Actionable Insights delivering patterns, signals, and opportunities that pricing and business teams can act on immediately Support Pricing experts and deal pricing team with key data and benchmarking insights Drive win/loss analysis and follow-ups with actions & lessons learnt Build & maintain insights on full opportunity base and on large RFPs What we offer you: Looking to make a mark?
