Lead Loan Documentation Processor About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Documentation Processor In this role, you will: Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loans Review the most complex legal, appraisal, and title information Prepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursements Monitor the loan disbursement process Perform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures Identify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goals Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation team Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate Loan Documentation team on generating loans, as well as technical and legal guidance within matters related to loan documentation Required Qualifications: 4+ years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Posting End Date: 13 Sep 2026 •Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
