Key Responsibilities:
Record and verify purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain quotation entries for business transactions.
Handle journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations as required.
Assist in maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry for smooth financial operations.
Support the senior accountant/finance manager in routine accounting tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Key Skills:
2+ years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in handling purchase, sales, and journal entries.
Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills.
