About the Role

We are a small design studio that makes products and projects mainly in wood. We need a Junior Accountant to help us with basic accounts, bills, and payments.

Main Work

• Keep records of daily income and expenses.

• Make and check bills (for clients and vendors).

• Manage payments to suppliers and track payments for vendors.

• Keep track of petty cash and staff reimbursements.

• Help in preparing GST bills and simple tax documents.

• Match bank statements with accounts (reconciliation).

• Support in preparing monthly salaries.

• Keep all bills, vouchers, and receipts organised.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (or equivalent).

• At least 1–2 years of work experience in accounting.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar).

• Some understanding of GST and basic taxes.

• Careful with details and good at organising.
