Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our office team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting practices and be proficient in Tally, bookkeeping, balance sheet preparation, and MS Excel. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in Tally ERP software

• Prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax documentation

• Utilize MS Excel to create financial models, reports, and data analysis

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Assist with audits and financial planning tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven work experience in accounting or finance roles

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate office environment

• Knowledge of GST and income tax filing processes
