Job Description

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Sector 136

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and support financial operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)

Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Prepare and maintain invoices and billing records

Assist in GST, TDS calculations and return filings

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Support senior accountant in audits and financial reporting

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Experience in Tally / Tally Prime or similar software

Good understanding of GST & TDS

MS Excel knowledge (basic formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP preferred)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
