Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: 145-147, Readymade Complex, Pardesipura, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, basic knowledge of Excel, and good typing speed. Candidates with SAP knowledge will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording and managing financial transactions in Tally
Passing entries for:
- Receipt Entries
- Payment Entries
- Purchase Entries
- Debit Notes
- Credit Notes
Preparing and processing cheques
Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
Performing day-to-day data entry related to accounts
Assisting in reconciliation of accounts as required
Supporting senior accounts staff in routine accounting tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field.
Practical knowledge of Tally ERP
Proficiency in Basic MS Excel
Good typing speed (40-60 WPM)
Basic knowledge of MS Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills

Experience:

6 months–3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
