Junior Accountant

Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Male) who can efficiently manage the company’s accounting operations. This role will include handling billing, statements, expense entries, and stock-related accounting tasks. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting software, documentation, and reporting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Billing & Statements

• Prepare sales and purchase bills.

• Generate and share account statements.

Expense & Entry Management

• Record daily expense entries accurately.

• Maintain payment and receipt entries.

• Assist in bank reconciliation.

Challan & Stock Records

• Prepare challans and maintain proper tracking.

• Match and update stock records with accounts.

Financial Documentation

• File vendor bills and receipts.

• Compile GST, TDS, and financial data for CA/Manager.

• Maintain documentation and filing system.

Reporting

• Prepare periodic financial reports for management.

• Maintain records of outstanding payments and collections.

🛠️ Basic Requirements & Skills

• Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role.

• Software Skills: Tally / ERP / Excel knowledge is a must.

• Knowledge: Practical experience in billing, stock maintenance, and documentation.

• Soft Skills:

  • Accuracy in numbers & strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and calculation skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines.

  • Team coordination and reporting ability.
