1) Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis by recording all financial transactions accurately and submit it to HR Accounts
2) Update all accounting records systematically, Ex: payment vouchers, ledgers and registers on a timely basis for audit and future reference.
3) Prepare and submit accounting records relating to the Company's Gratuity Trust.
4) Prepare bank reconciliation statements and identify reconciliation differences for review.
5) Process banking transactions and prepare payment instructions for approval.
6) Verify and process vendor invoices, MSME bills and employee reimbursement claims, vendor payment proposals and maintain payment registers.
7) Prepare workings for statutory payments such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory dues.
8) Prepare and submit statutory returns and supporting documents within the prescribed timelines.
9) Maintain statutory records, challans and compliance documents.
10) Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and other financial schedules for review.
11) Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
12) Prepare weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports.
13) Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and other audits.
14) Comply with all Office Orders, Finance SOPs and internal control procedures.
15) Report discrepancies, accounting exceptions and compliance issues promptly to the Head – Accounts.
16) Coordinate with internal departments to obtain bills, approvals and supporting documents for accounting purposes.
17) Perform all assigned activities in accordance with the Company's Maker–Checker framework, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely execution.
