Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Marol, Andheri (Mumbai)
Industry : FMCG Trading Industry
Office Timing : 9.30 to 6.30

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for End to end billing function.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers for billing details, payment follow-ups, and clarifications.
• Maintain records of sales bills, payments, and account statements.
• Perform account reconciliation with customers and internal accounts team.
• Support day-to-day office documentation and basic accounting tasks.
• Handle phone and email communication related to billing and payments.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
