Job Description

Looking for Accounts Executive

Location: Andheri (East)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: 30k CTC (28k in-hand)

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or Master of Commerce (M. Com)

Experience: 2 to 3.5 years in Accounting

Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

1. Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.

2. Pass journal, purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.

3. Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

4. Maintain supporting documents and reconciliations.

5. Vendor ledger reconciliation.

Compliance Support:

1. TDS Accounting and preparation of working.

2. GST Accounting and preparation of working.

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of Tally Prime.

2. Good understanding of GST and TDS.

3. MS Excel, MS Word

4. Ability to work independently.

5. Good communication and reporting skills.
