Institutional Investment Operations Representative About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Institutional Investment Operations Representative In this role, you will: Perform a variety of operational tasks for routine and medium complex institutional trades that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process specific goals Review time sensitive document Support audit requirements within the process Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department Interact with internal and external customers as per prescribed process or procedure Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process goals Execute tasks and perform activities as per direction from leaders and understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 1+ year of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Posting End Date: 14 Jul 2026 •Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
