System configuration and deployment ownership: Configure the Icertis platform and manage deployments across multiple engagements. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams to ensure quality delivery and alignment with customer needs. Consulting capability building: Mentor junior consultants and help grow internal consulting competencies. Product roadmap contribution: Provide continuous feedback from customer projects to help refine the Icertis product strategy and enhancements. Client relationship management: Cultivate strong working relationships with customer counterparts to drive satisfaction and delivery excellence.
