Job Description Job Summary:•• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead a team at GlobeOp India - Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and contributing to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals within our financial services operations. Job Responsibilities:•• • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members. • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements. • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. • Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new team members. Job Qualifications:•• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. • Strong understanding of financial instruments, processes, and regulatory frameworks. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. • Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence and operational efficiency.
