📋 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Follow up with customers for overdue payments and outstanding dues.

✔️ Ensure timely collection and recovery of payments.

✔️ Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.

✔️ Maintain records of recovery activities and customer interactions.

✔️ Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams for the resolution of payment-related issues.

✔️ Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
