Job & Division Summary: The role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Bank Guarantees for the EMEIA region. Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of bank guarantees, including issuance, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and closures for EMEIA region. Coordinate with banks, treasury, legal, and business teams for BG-related requirements. Maintain accurate BG registers and trackers, including limits utilization and expiry monitoring. Ensure timely renewal of BGs to avoid lapses or penalties. Ensure compliance with company policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA Finance). 5–7 years hands-on exposure to bank guarantees and treasury-related activities. Prior experience in capital goods industry, multinational organization is an advantage. Desired Skills Strong understanding of bank guarantees, letters of credit, and related banking instruments. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally and cross-regionally. Clear communication skills for interaction with banks and internal stakeholders.
