Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic finance operations within a fast-paced FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience with digital financial products, and the ability to support business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, statutory laws, and financial controls applicable to the FinTech industry

Manage audits, tax filings, GST, and coordination with external auditors and consultants

Monitor revenue models, transaction costs, and unit economics specific to FinTech products

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Support strategic planning, fundraising, and investor reporting

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making

Manage relationships with banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions

Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy
