About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Finance Counselors to represent our company inside partner hospitals. The role involves directly interacting with patients and their families, educating them about the our products and services, and assisting them in availing its benefits for hospital payments and other medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Approach patients and their families within the hospital premises to explain about Card.

● Clearly communicate the uses, features, and benefits of the card in managing medical expenses.

Candidate Criteria:

● Minimum Age: 25 years

● Experience: Minimum 3 years in outbound sales/counseling roles (banking, credit cards, retail showroom sales , healthcare sales, or financial services preferred). Candidate working in retail showrooms. Note: Telesales / Customer service executive experience will not be considered.

Skills Required:

● Strong sales and convincing ability.

● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
