Job Title: Finance Executive – Project Finance & Banking Relations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Professional with strong experience in preparing Project Reports, CMA Data, loan documentation, and banking-related financial reports. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with banks and financial institutions, handling financial data efficiently, and ensuring timely preparation of reports required for loan processing and business financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Project Reports for business financing and loan proposals.

• Preparation and analysis of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Data.

• Handling loan documentation and coordination with Banks/NBFCs.

• Preparing financial reports and statements required by banks and financial institutions.

• Managing banking relationships and responding to financial information requests.

• Assisting in working capital, term loan, and business loan applications.

• Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, financial projections, and financial analysis.

• Maintaining financial records and ensuring data accuracy.

• Supporting management with financial planning and reporting.

• Coordinating with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and banking officials when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CMA Data preparation.

• Experience in preparing Project Reports for bank funding and loan proposals.

• Understanding of banking procedures, loans, and financial documentation.

• Good knowledge of financial statements, ratio analysis, and financial projections.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to independently prepare reports required by banks and financial institutions.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) / Equivalent Qualification.

• CMA Certification will be preferred.

• Relevant experience in finance, banking coordination, loan processing, project finance, or financial consulting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling business loans, working capital limits, and term loans.

• Familiarity with bank compliance requirements and financial projections.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
