Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

### Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations using Tally ERP

- Handle GST filings, tax compliance (TDS, PF/ESI), and audits

- Reconcile bank statements, inventory, and dealer payouts

- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)

- Support sales team with loan/EMI calculations

- Tally ERP expert + strong GST/tax knowledge

- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
