Coordinate tax filings and audits.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow and working capital.
Manage banking relationships and transactions.
Plan fund allocation and investments.
Ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
6. Audit Coordination
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
Implement audit recommendations and internal controls.
7. Internal Controls & Risk Management
Develop financial policies and procedures.
Monitor fraud prevention and financial risks.
Ensure strong internal control systems.
8. Team Management
Lead and supervise the finance/accounts team.
Assign responsibilities and review performance.
Train staff on accounting systems and compliance updates.
9. ERP & Financial Systems Management
Manage accounting software and ERP systems.
Ensure data accuracy and process automation.
Improve financial reporting systems and workflows.
