Must-Have
At least 1 year of continuous experience with one employer in software implementation, ERP or billing software support, accounting software, POS implementation or functional consulting.
Practical customer-facing experience in understanding business processes, configuring or setting up software, preparing or importing data, training users and supporting customers during go-live. Candidates with full-cycle implementation experience will be preferred.
Basic accounting and GST knowledge, including invoices, purchases, stock, receipts and bank entries.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including preparing, cleaning and organizing data for import.
Ability to explain software processes clearly and train both business owners and billing staff, in person and through Google Meet or Zoom.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.
Any graduate or diploma holder (BCA, BSc, BCom, BE or equivalent).
Willingness to travel/Stay 2-4 weeks to customer locations as required.
