Accounts Payable Executive

1. Vendor Invoice Processing: Verify, record, and process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring that invoices match the purchase orders and goods received before processing payments.

2. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, outstanding balances, and discrepancies. Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely resolution of queries.

3. Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, verify PO details against vendor invoices, and ensure that purchases are properly documented and approved.

4. Accounts Payable (AP) Aging Report: Prepare and maintain AP aging reports to track outstanding vendor payments based on their due dates. Follow up on pending payments and support timely payment planning.

5. Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS): Reconcile bank statements with company books to identify discrepancies, verify transactions, and ensure accurate recording of bank-related entries.

6. Inventory Audit: Assist in conducting physical inventory verification and reconciling stock records with system data. Identify and report stock discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve differences.
