Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales, inventory levels, and operational performance.Sales Tracking: Monitor sales data, including staff-wise performance, fast-moving items, and revenue against targets.Inventory Control: Reconcile inventory, monitor stock movements (new arrivals, returns, transfers), and coordinate with the warehouse to address discrepancies.System Maintenance: Oversee the functioning of showroom IT infrastructure, including POS systems, computers, and networking.Data Accuracy: Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, validating inputs from various sales channels.Actionable Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, such as stock-outs or slow-moving items, and provide suggestions for improvement.Coordination: Act as a liaison between the store/franchise team and head office for data reporting.
