Director - ACH Roles & responsibilities Broadly, the key responsibilities are: Audit service delivery – Be the leader for teams of professionals responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables on the work done by self and the team. Process orientation - Continuously engage with Stakeholders & Operations team to understand their needs and define/refine policy, procedures, or systems accordingly. People development and management – Be a performance manager for a group of 5 to 10 Associate Directors and Managers; Play a key role in the development of the team, coach and act as a mentor for the team-members on the industry specific areas of audit work. Mandatory technical & functional skills Audit and accounting knowledge Attention to detail and quality consciousness Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written) Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Working knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx, and other technology tools is preferred Should possess strong project management skills High-energy, independent decision-making capability with ability to manage priorities and conflicts with prioritization skills Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change Resilient and demonstrate ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives through influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines Should be open to travel to US on short- and long-term assignments This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications CA/CPA/ACCA (should hold license) and minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Finance & Accounting with first division (60%) Work experience 12-14 years of post qualification experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center is essential Experience Level Executive Level
