Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for the Accounts Department. The role involves entering and maintaining accounting-related data in Tally ERP software and supporting the accounts team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter day-to-day financial transactions into Tally ERP

• Maintain and update accounting records

• Assist in the preparation of invoices and basic financial reports

• Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate with the accounts team as needed

• Organize and secure accounting documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred)

• Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year (Training will be provided)

• Accounting Knowledge is Mandatory

• Must be familiar with Tally ERP or similar accounting software

• Basic understanding of accounting entries like purchases, sales, and receipts

• Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus

• Male / Female candidates can apply

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with Freshers.
