Job Summary:

We are hiring a Driver Settlement Executive to join our Accounts Department. This position involves calculation-based work related to trip expenses, driver payments, and profitability. The candidate will manage settlement sheets and ensure accurate records of trip-wise income, expenses, profit, and surplus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trip-wise and driver-wise calculations for settlement

• Record and track expenses such as fuel, toll, repair, and advance payments

• Calculate profit or loss per trip and prepare settlement statements

• Maintain clear documentation of all transport-related financial data

• Coordinate with drivers and transport staff for clarification and settlement

• Ensure timely and accurate financial settlement and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)

• Basic accounting and transport expense knowledge is required

• Must be comfortable with manual and Excel-based calculations

• Strong mathematical and logical thinking skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
