811-CEC Officer-Inbound-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Contact Centre Inbound The CEC 811 Digital Officer will be a vital part of our Digital Banking Contact Centre, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The officer will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information and resolving their queries efficiently. Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Accurately assess and understand customer needs and requirements. Provide clear and concise information about our products and services, promoting a comprehensive understanding. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, offering suitable solutions. Conduct cross-selling activities, identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional bank offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information. Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the banking industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
