Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and bookkeeping.

• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

• Reconcile ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain payroll records and support salary processing.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–5 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
