Job Description: Billing Executive –

1. Invoice Preparation & Verification: Accurately prepare and verify customer invoices based on shipment data and agreed rate contracts.

2. Payment Follow-ups & Reconciliation: Follow up with clients for timely payments and coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation.

3. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure correct billing as per delivery data and client agreements.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of all billing activities and generate regular billing reports for management.

5. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable taxation laws (like GST) during the billing process.
