Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update employee compliance records and documentation.
Coordinate with clients regarding compliance requirements and statutory submissions.
Prepare and submit statutory documents related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
Monitor contractor and vendor compliance as per legal and client requirements.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and site inspections.
Maintain licenses, registrations, and statutory certificates and ensure timely renewals.
Prepare compliance reports, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
Ensure timely closure of compliance issues raised by clients or auditors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in compliance, HR compliance, labor law, or facility management compliance.
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and compliance management systems.
Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience (Facility Management / Manpower Industry)
Experience handling compliance for housekeeping, security, technical, and facility management manpower.
Knowledge of client compliance portals and vendor management systems.
Experience in handling labor inspections and client audits.
