Accounts Compliance Executive

We are looking for an Compliance Executive to join our team at at Shree Ram Enterprises. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate monthly PF & ESIC contributions as per applicable wages.

Prepare and maintain PF & ESIC wage registers.

Generate and submit PF & ESIC monthly challans online.

Handle online PF/EPFO and ESIC portal activities.

Generate PF UAN / PF numbers and ESIC numbers for employees.

Prepare employee-wise PF and ESIC data.

Handle joining, exit and employee details on PF/ESIC portals.

Prepare online audit documents and statutory compliance records.

Maintain PF/ESIC registers and supporting documentation.

Coordinate for PF & ESIC inspections/audits and provide required documents.

Ensure monthly compliance is completed accurately and within deadlines.

Maintain proper records of challans, returns, wage sheets and payment proofs.

Coordinate with HR, payroll and operations teams for employee compliance data.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in PF & ESIC compliance is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with EPFO and ESIC online portals.

Knowledge of PF/ESIC wage calculation and monthly challan generation.

Experience in facility management / housekeeping / manpower outsourcing will be preferred.

Good knowledge of Excel and preparation of wage/statutory registers.

Should be able to independently handle monthly PF & ESIC compliance.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
