Job Description

Position name: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Pune HO

Education: B.Com/ BBA Accounting

Qualification/Experience: At least 3 years of A/R related experience required

Communication skills: Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi

Skills: Advanced Mathematical skills, Email Working ,High speed Typing, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel), Clear and Polite Communication skills, Familiarity with Accounting softwares (Tally), High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Constantly monitor accounts receivable from customers

Follow up on past due payments

Communicate with clients regarding billing, clear discrepancies, if any

Prepare and analyze A/R aging reports

Assist with monthly reconciliation and reporting

Monthly Sales Invoice

Bank Entries / Reconciliation

Reporting to Manager

Salary - 20000 - 22000 Monthly as per exp.
