Senior Accountant

Digital Buzz is a real estate marketing agency focused on providing lead generation service

through Facebook & Google AD campaigns.

Thisis a full-time, work-from-office opportunity.

Job Location: Baner PUNE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income

statements, and cash flow statements.

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate

financial reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts,

providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities

for improvement.

• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure

compliance with policies and regulations.

• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing

necessary documentation and explanations.

• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws

and regulations.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support

strategic planning and decision-making.

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering their professional

development and growth.

• Stay updated on accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry trends to

ensure compliance and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Accounting knowledge, Billing Section, Invoice, Revenue sheet.

• Excel and MIS reports work.

• Prepare a monthly sales/expenses report.

• Budgeting for MIS reports such as revenue reports, expenses reports.

• Financial reports create monthly all types of report in excel and google sheet.

• Present MIS report effectively (Bank fund pending payment report budget control)

• Reconcilition Bank, pending payment, reports.

• Accounts payable, account receivable.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
