Job Description

Auditing and Assurance: Conducting statutory audits (internal and external) to verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Taxation Management: Developing tax planning strategies, preparing tax returns, and managing direct and indirect tax compliances (e.g., GST, TDS).
Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing monthly/annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Corporate Finance & Advisory: Advising on business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and insolvency, as well as providing expert financial advice.
Management Consultancy: Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and improving operational efficiency.
Accounting Systems Management: Setting up accounting processes and managing financial risk.
