Chartered Accountant (Articleship)

Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer / Accountant/ Semi Qualified CA

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Officer / Accountant / CA (Inter) to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with clients, along with exposure to corporate and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger management

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Manage GST and TDS compliance, including preparation and filing of returns

• Oversee finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements

• Conduct monthly financial reviews and reporting

• Manage MCA filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory purposes

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for financial data and reporting

• Handle site accounts and ensure proper tracking of expenses and revenues

• Support activities related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel

• Familiarity with MCA portal filings and company law compliance

• Understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Exposure to Company Secretary-related work is an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of mergers & acquisitions is a plus
