Billing And TPA Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications •

Handling RA bills and final bills for contractors and subcontractors

• Verification and certification of site measurements as per executed work

• Maintaining Measurement Books (MB) and billing documentation

• Monitoring project costs and supporting cost control activities

• Preparing rate analysis for extra items and variation works

• Managing variation orders, claims, and reconciliation statements

• Coordinating with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and accounts teams

• Ensuring billing compliance with contract terms, drawings, and specifications

• Tracking billing status and supporting payment follow-ups

• Preparing monthly cost reports, MIS, and cash flow statements

• Assisting in project closure documentation and audit

Key Skills & Requirements • Strong knowledge of QS & Billing processes in real estate projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software/tools Sound understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and specifications

• Experience in high-rise residential / commercial real estate projects

• Good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills

• Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

•5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate construction projects

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
