Audit Manager

Job Role Summary:

We are hiring an Internal Stock Audit Manager who will be responsible for conducting on-site stock audits across our warehouses, depots, and channel partners. This position requires frequent travel to various locations across Central and North India.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surprise and scheduled stock audits at branches, warehouses, distributors, and dealers.

Verify physical stock against system entries and reconcile discrepancies.

Evaluate stock management processes and report on compliance.

Document findings with accuracy and submit detailed audit reports.

Identify gaps in SOPs and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for corrective actions.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter / MBA preferred).

3–7 years of experience in inventory auditing or internal stock control.

Strong knowledge of stock accounting, reconciliation, and ERP systems.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and reporting skills.
