Audit Executive

We are looking for an Audit Executive to join our team at Famous Retail Food and Sweet company. The position offers ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the retail food/ sweet industry
  
• Co-ordination with various department heads for discharge of their responsibilities
  
• Stock checking at regular intervals
  
• Preparation of stock variance reports/ stock check reports
  
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
  
• Training of employees at factory and shops regarding accounting/ reconciliation of stock
  
• Undertaking stock takes on monthly basis
  
• Doing the audit of the internal activities undertaken by warehouse/ Dispatch Centre (DC)
  and shops
  
• Advance excel knowledge
  
• Comfortable with preparing various reports out of complex data and information
  
• Drafting of the policies applicable to the Company pertaining to stock
  
• Analysing the reports and suggesting new processes – to aid management in decision
  
• making process
  
• Conduct regular audits of production, packaging, and dispatch processes to ensure
  
• adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
• Perform physical verification of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods
  
• Review slow-moving or non-moving inventory and report potential losses or leakages.
  
• Preparation of material consumption reports and preparing the variance report
  
• Undertaking costing of the products at factory and at warehouse

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
