Job Duties Under direct supervision, supports the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services (GBS) value stream and function which includes end to end business processes for receiving and processing sales to fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services. This role will work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing). The incumbent creates, edits, manages and validates OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to details, accuracy and timeliness. Communicates with team and internal clients. Receives on the job training for OTC processes and systems. Takes an active part in the continuous improvement process. Promotes and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. This is an entry level role into the OTC function. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of experience working in an office environment are required. A business degree and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: EFT(Electronic Field Ticketing) team member will be part of the electronic field ticketing (eFT) team. Position will include eFT submissions, approvals and releases to invoicing, daily tracking of the cases, sending enquiries to cases pending inputs. Month / Quarter end closures Develop & maintain Internal Customer relationship Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the ageing Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements Ensure all requests are processed accurately, to avoid any downstream impact Timely closure of requests received The individual will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance and add value to the process Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Graduate (Preferably B. Com) Total Years of Experience: 0 – 5 Years of experience Desired/Preferred Expertise: Experienced in Order To Cash (Sales Order, Billing & Dispute Management).
