Associate Consultant - FP&A Looking for an Associate Consultant to support FP&A operations, financial reporting, and ticket management activities across Azure DevOps and Jira. The role will involve supporting chargecode management, project ticket creation, operational governance, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background, good analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution of tickets, process improvements, and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage and track end-to-end project lifecycle and operational tickets in Azure DevOps and Jira. Coordinate project/ operations funding, charge code requests, reporting enhancements, and operational support activities. Maintain ticket documentation, approvals, status updates, and governance records. Support budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, financial analysis, and month-end close activities (accruals, reconciliations, reporting). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analysis, and management insights. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Partner with Finance, PMO, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive issue resolution and process improvements. Analyze ticket trends and operational metrics to identify efficiency and automation opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA) 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Financial Operations, PMO, or Business Operations. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ticket management platforms. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accruals, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables); Power BI experience is a plus. Exposure to charge code management, project financial tracking, and portfolio reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience Level Mid Level
