Associate - Accounting and Financial Reporting

Associate I, Accounting & Reporting Alcon is looking to hire a Associate I/Associate II R2R who role is to apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares all financial reports. To be Familiar with Fixed Assets accounting process E2E, Asset Capitalization, Creation of Asset master record, Internal order/WBS Settlement, Depreciation runs, Balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline, Sub-ledger Reconciliation, Month end closure reporting, Asset Capitalization, Creation of Asset master record, Internal order/WBS Settlement, Depreciation runs, Balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline, Sub-ledger Reconciliation, Month end closure reporting, Lease Accounting process. Key Responsibilities: Fixed Asset Management E2E and Month end closure reporting Perform Lease accounting. Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions. Interacts proactively with all functional areas to ensure appropriate ac- counting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters is accomplished. Coordinate with local entity and outsourced activities to provide seamless. service Corresponds to internal and external inquiries. Supports transitions and knowledge transfer. Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business 2 to 4years of Record to Report experience with any financial organization or experience supporting shared service function. Shift Timings: Flexible with shift timings.
