About the role: Role Purpose Act as a strategic finance partner to business leadership, providing financial expertise, insights, and mentorship to drive performance and support delivery of business strategy. This role requires a high degree of independence, strong commercial competence, and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will proactively engage stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and give to improving business outcomes, processes, and ways of working.
