Assistant Manager - FDD We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Financial Due Diligence team. Working as an Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include Lead sections of life cycle projects with Manager/Associate Director. Identify issues and carry out relevant financial analysis. Undertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments reporting to Associate Director or Director. Write sections of an FDD/VDD report. Analyze in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows). Highlight unusual trends, observations, and frame questions for management. Interact with Target management. Review data books prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and project requirements. Review work performed by subordinates and coach them. Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members. Provide support/assistance for proposals/business development. Job Requirements: Mandatory Skills: Qualifications: CA / MBA / PG in Commerce/CPA Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm, third-party KPO, or strategy teams within key technology companies. Project and Team Management Exposure: Prior experience in project scoping, effort estimation, project work planning, team handling, staffing, and performance management. Proven record of operating as an independent contributor and as part of a team during larger projects. High problem-solving skills; ability to drive outcomes in complex and ambiguous situations. Goal-driven – focused on helping clients meet requirements by developing answers and solutions, even when client requirements are unclear or change, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit client objectives. Technical Skills: Experience in detailed financial statement analysis and strong working knowledge of accounting. Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial experience in advising clients on engagements. Passionate about Deal Advisory, with a history of continuous learning and seeking development opportunities. Behavioral/Team Skills: Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work and that of subordinates. High level of personal integrity and ability to quickly build trust among colleagues and clients.
