Assistant Manager-Enterprise-NSW Job details Proposed designation Assistant Manager Role type Individual contributor and Supervisory Reporting to Manager Geo to be supported Australia – Mid Market & Private Work timings Full time Roles & responsibilities Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams to the entire team Managing End to End audits and incharge the same for low risk, non-complex clients would be preferred Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them Provide support/assistance for proposals/business development Offer technical and transaction-based accounting advisory support and research to international KPMG teams and clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards Prepare and present accounting workpapers, document controls and audit findings. Audit complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements. Identify issues/missing information, manage & track the open issues until resolved Work on End-end engagements by completely handling Audit clients This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) Work experience 3–4-year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients Experience Level Mid Level
