Asset Servicing Analyst Make your mark in a high-impact operations team where you will build market expertise, partner globally, and drive measurable service and risk improvements. As an Announcement Capture Analyst in the Announcement Capture Team, you will process high-risk, complex mandatory corporate action events by capturing and managing market announcement information from key stages through event completion. You will partner with global stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, monitor service performance, and improve service delivery using enterprise systems and digital tools. You will apply market and process knowledge to actively manage operational risk across the event lifecycle while delivering a consistent client experience. Job Responsibilities: Build a comprehensive understanding of corporate action events and end-to-end operational workflows, including custody and clearing processes. Support day-to-day workflow processing while consistently delivering high-quality, accurate outputs. Manage daily operations within defined operational parameters and controls. Monitor service performance and highlight trends, exceptions, and emerging risks. Analyze market announcements and event details to identify nuances that may impact processing outcomes. Lead identification and implementation of tactical and strategic process and technology changes that improve efficiency. Evaluate operational risks and strengthen controls around manual processes to minimize errors. Develop understanding of client needs by prioritizing timely, helpful responses to client queries and requests for assistance. Coordinate across operational areas locally and globally to ensure timely issue resolution through effective partnership. Communicate key processing risks, control considerations, and progress updates to stakeholders and management. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through disciplined execution and measurable outcomes. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Demonstrate understanding of asset servicing functions and interdependencies across operational sub-processes. Exhibit strong analytical skills and make independent, reliable decisions, including taking initiative to enhance controls. Communicate clearly and articulate key risks and processing challenges to management and partners. Execute process enhancement and digital tool initiatives that improve service delivery and operational performance. Organize work effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing accurately.
