Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Overview This position will report to the Process Delivery Supervisor and be a member of S2P teams focused on Invoice Processing and discrepancy management. The key purpose of this role is to perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient processing of S2P transaction. Job Requirements • Process of invoices according to company policy and controls in an accurate and timely manner within S2P area • Investigate and resolve invoice mismatches in the system; • Contact other departments to ensure correct and efficient processing of supplier invoices; • Perform monthly and periodic reconciliation; • Perform proactive controls for avoidance of errors; • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine • Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets. • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes What your background should look like • 4+ years of relevant experience. • Good Understanding of S2P processes and associated technology platforms • Experience with ERP system and Practical knowledge of MS office applications. • Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred • Very Good communication of English • Good accounting background • Continuous Improvement Mindset • Open Mindset and adaptability • Good analytical skills • Solid problem solving and detail oriented • Written and oral communication skills Power BI, Business Intelligence, Advance Excel,VBA and Macros Education : MBA & M.com Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
